 garet Tigue is a soprano currently based in Boston and New York. Her curre
 nt season includes participating in Carnegie Hall’s 2025 SongStudio work
 shop\, the role of Florencia Grimaldi (Florencia en el Amazonas)\, and the
  title role in Suor Angelica. Margaret’s ‘23/’24 season included per
 formances as Vitellia (La Clemenza di Tito) and Cendrillon (Cendrillon) wi
 th the Boston University Opera Institute\, where she is currently in resid
 ence. Margaret also appeared with the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchester as the 
 soprano soloist in Stravinsky’s Pulcinella. She is a 2023 winner of the 
 Boston district of the Metropolitan Opera’s Laffont Competition.
 Marga
 ret has been a fellow at Music Academy of the West (2023) and the Tanglewo
 od Music Center (2019 &amp\; 2022). Margaret has also been a featured solo
 ist with the Albany Symphony Orchestra\, The Orchestra Now\, and the Tangl
