Open Door Theater Takes Flight with HONK! at The Dragonfly Theater, R.J. Grey Jr. HS in Acton, March 20-29, 2026. Information at www.OpenDoorTheater.org.
HONK!, a musical telling of “The Ugly Duckling” story, is a heartwarming celebration of being different that is sure to delight audiences of all ages. Ugly looks quite a bit different from his siblings, and others are quick to notice and point this out. Ugly is kind-hearted, awkward and innocent, and his journey of self-discovery is the heart of the show.

Based on the classic animated film, Disney’s 101 Dalmatians KIDS is a fur-raising adventure! Pet owners, Roger and Anita, live happily in London with their Dalmatians, Pongo and Perdita, stalwart dogs devoted to raising their puppies. Everything is quiet until Anita’s former classmate, the monstrous Cruella De Vil, plots to steal the puppies for her new fur coat. The Dalmatians rally all the dogs of London for a daring rescue of the puppies from Cruella and her bumbling henchmen.
