The process of posting ads is also relatively simple.  There is a tabbed guide with tips on filling in each of the form fields, some of whiich are optional.  It is also possible to speed up the process of submitting multiple events by duplication and editing.  Since the ArtsGourmet ad is a referral to an already existant ad on an exisistent site posted by the arts organization, venue, or individual performer, most of the fields can be completed by copying and pasting.

Ad Requirements

Events must be held at recognized public venues to be eligable for posting on Arts Gourmet.  Assisted living centers qualify if they routenely host and advertise events which are open to the general public not necessarily related to the residents.
There must always be a supporting website with a link to "more information" about the performance. The supporting website may be hosted by the arts organization, the venue (including nightclubs and restaurents), or an individual performer with his or her own site.

About Cost

There is no charge for posting ads on ArtsGourmet.  The site has been voluntary developed by the Carlisle Chamber Orchestra Webmaster and is being hosted under the same resources that are being used to present the CCO website.
