Blippi will be joined onstage by Meekah, their singing and dancing buddies and musicians to explore what makes music, including sounds, rhythms and instruments, through all your favorite Blippi hits. This family-friendly concert has become a well-celebrated holiday tradition! Join conductor Neal Hampton and dancers from the Commonwealth Ballet, as they charm you with selections from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite. Added selections will include a narration of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and Festive Sounds of Hanukkah performed by the orchestra. The Merrimack College Choral group will also join in to accompany the selection Believe from The Polar Express and many other holiday favorites. Be sure to plan on doing some early holiday shopping with our themed basket raffles! This concert will surely get you into the spirit of the season!

Guest conductor David Feltner will lead the orchestra as we perform some of the most popular classics of all time! Listen to excerpts from Beethoven’s 5th Symphony, movements from the Dvorak’s New World Symphony and enjoy a special performance of Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concert No. 2 with solo artist Oscar Jiang of Mason & Hamlin, playing a piano manufactured locally in Haverhill, MA!

It was a landmark event and it was the start of a tradition that would continue year after year. “A Charlie Brown Christmas” is a tradition enjoyed around the world by fans of all ages. Now, over 50 years later, Contemporary Jazz Piano Legend, David Benoit along with distinguished Vocalist, Courtney Fortune, is paying tribute to this incredible piece of entertainment history, with a “David Benoit Christmas Tribute to Charlie Brown With Special Guest Courtney Fortune”.

New Life Fine Arts’ spiritually uplifting musical adaptation of the 1843 Charles Dickens’ classic tells the story of the tight-fisted curmudgeon, Ebenezer Scrooge, and his personal transformation as he is supernaturally confronted with the haunting truth of his wounded past, his spiritually impoverished present and his woeful future. “Ebenezer Scrooge: A Christmas Carol” is directed by Concord composer, David MacAdam who wrote the adaptation while living in England, where it was first produced in 1984. For over 25 years, thousands of NLFA patrons have been given an inspirational glimpse into the true meaning of Christmas and are encouraged to spread their holiday cheer throughout the year.
