A much-loved Camerata holiday program returns two generations later! We celebrate Christmas in the English speaking world down through the centuries, with wonderful songs and carols from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance to early America. While most music presented here is art
music — transcribed from old manuscripts and prints — the means of expression are generally direct and simple, with a strong folk and popular vein. Camerata’s top soloists, voices and instruments, offer a unique experience at year’s end.

The Wellesley Symphony presents its 2025 Holiday Concert featuring the Fireside Barbershop Quartet. We'll have some old favorites and lesser performed winter and holiday works.

NEAL HAMPTON conducting
This family-friendly concert has become a well-celebrated holiday tradition! Join conductor Neal Hampton and dancers from the Commonwealth Ballet, as they charm you with selections from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite. Added selections will include a narration of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and Festive Sounds of Hanukkah performed by the orchestra. The Merrimack College Choral group will also join in to accompany the selection Believe from The Polar Express and many other holiday favorites. Be sure to plan on doing some early holiday shopping with our themed basket raffles! This concert will surely get you into the spirit of the season!
