With Beverly High School Jazz Band
The group’s creativity, technique and improvisation can be heard in their uncompromising music, which reflects their dedication to melody, rhythm, culture and the spontaneous spirit of jazz. Chris and Dan Brubeck have been making music together practically all their lives. Drummer Dan and bassist, trombonist, and composer Chris cut their first record together in 1966—nearly a half century ago. They’ve subsequently played a variety of styles in a number of different groups, as well as with their father, jazz giant Dave Brubeck, and with their own Brubeck Brothers Quartet. With Dan and Chris as the foundation, guitarist Mike DeMicco and pianist Chuck Lamb, complete this dynamic quartet. They perform at concert series, colleges, and jazz festivals across North America and Europe including the Newport, Detroit, Montreal, Playboy/Hollywood Bowl, and Monterey Jazz Festivals.

In the last 11 years Rainere Martin has traveled the world performing her Donna Summer Tribute to raving reviews, in Casinos, Theaters, Festivals, Corporate Events and more.
Additionally, she has shared the stage with several mainstream acts such as, Evelyn Champagne King, Tavares, The Stylistics, France Joli and many more. To the delight of audiences, Rainere recorded a version of Donna Summer’s Hot stuff that is featured on The Hot Stuff Wicked Wheel slot machines in casinos nationwide. With music in her blood and songs in her heart, Rainere continues to seek out audiences of all ages who enjoy melodies from different eras and appreciates the pioneers and contemporaries who brought them to us. While her song-list is ever evolving, Rainere’s desire to share her gift with others remains constant. It is this desire that keeps her singing and to instill in others the joy of music.
On her new album, City of Gold, Molly Tuttle -- joined by her band Golden Highway -- shares a batch of spellbinding stories that span time and place: wildly colorful fables populated by gold miners and fortune tellers, true-to-life tales of love and loss and a fast-changing world, and a reimagining of Alice in Wonderland set in the backwoods of Kentucky, to name just a few. The follow-up to 2022’s Crooked Tree—a widely lauded LP that won the Grammy Award for Best Bluegrass Album, with Tuttle earning a Best New Artist nomination—the Northern California-raised musician’s fourth full-length album brings those narratives to a resplendent form of bluegrass rooted in her virtuosic guitar playing. This time around, the Nashville-based singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist chose to record with her live band -- Bronwyn Keith-Hynes (fiddle, vocals), Dominick Leslie (mandolin), Kyle Tuttle (banjo, vocals), and Shelby Means (bass, vocals) -- for the first time, lending a potent new energy to her exquisitely crafted sound.
Och & Oy!: A Considered Cabaret starring Alan Cumming and Ari Shapiro
Alan Cumming (Cabaret, The Good Wife) and Ari Shapiro (NPR’s All Things Considered, Pink Martini) both transport audiences to other worlds through their stories. Now, they’re joining forces in SONG. Witness the critically acclaimed evening of tunes and tall tales titled “Och & Oy! A Considered Cabaret”. Musical direction by Henry Koperski.
In a statement, Cumming said, “I’ve got to know Ari over the last few years, both socially and when he interviewed me for a couple of events. The last time was an evening in D.C., and by the end of it I realized our chemistry and the unusual combo of us, as well as the fact that Ari has an amazing voice, would make for a really great cabaret show. And kapow! We’re doing it! What I love most is it’s fresh and ever-changing.”
Shapiro added, “When Alan first suggested that we create a show together, I didn’t quite believe him. Then as we started to dig in to this collaboration, I realized how much our professional lives actually complement each other. We’re both storytellers who try to help audiences better understand themselves and the world around them. This show lets us explore those shared ideals on stage together, through stories and songs.”
