Lisa Bastoni
Lisa Bastoni (Northampton, MA) is a 2022 & 2023 New England Music Award nominee (Roots), 2020 & 2019 Boston Music Award Nominee (Folk) and winner of 2019 New Folk at the esteemed Kerrville Folk Festival. In addition to her work in music, Lisa Bastoni is an accomplished visual artist and teacher, and mother to two young children. Lisa Bastoni has opened for/performed with Lori McKenna, Dar Williams, Regina Spektor, The Secret Sisters, Teddy Thompson, Rose Cousins, Mark Erelli, Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams, and many more. She performs regularly around New England, and occasionally beyond.
The Coalboilers (3)
The Coalboilers are an acoustic duo from Boston's North Shore area however unlike any other "acoustic duo" you may have seen or heard. Gary Backstrom and Charley Carrozo. Gary is a true virtuoso on guitar and creates magic every time he plays a solo. Charley's rhythm guitar playing holds down the grooves but also allows for spur of the moment reinterpretations of whatever song they are playing. . There is nothing out there quite like The Coalboilers and their shows have to be seen to be believed.
Drowsy Chappell Roan
After spending a year tagging herself on thousands of photos on Instagram, international drag chanteuse Varla Jean Merman recently discovered that she had confused herself with Grammy Award-winning pop sensation Chappell Roan. With the feminomenon’s gigantic red hair, over-the-top outfits and saucy songs, Varla realized that Roan has been ripping her off this whole time! As well as all the other current pop princesses! Despite her overall lethargy and low blood sugar, Varla sets out to reheat the recent hits of Chappell Roan, Dua Lipa, Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish and Miley Cyrus. Andrew Gravel: Barside
Andrew Gravel is the founding member, vocalist, guitarist and songwriter of The Gravel Project.
Formed in 2010, Andrew started performing under the name The Gravel Project, writing songs and playing in the Boston area with a rotating cast of musicians. In 2014 Andrew released The Gravel Project, featuring a diverse cast of musicians he had been performing with live. It wasn’t until 2016 when Jordan moved back to Boston that everything fell into place. “After spending a decade in South Carolina, my brother made the move, and it was understood that he would be part of the band,” says Andrew. Around the same time, drummer Dave Fox joined, solidifying the trio as the band’s core.
