Couch to Mic is a performance and writing comedy workshop. Participants will spend four weekly sessions writing and rehearsing their original five-ish minutes of comedy material where you will be coached in a supportive and lively environment by creator and facilitator, Stephanie Lazenby. All of this leads to week five – a performance in front of a live audience! Stephanie hosts, comedians kill it, audiences are entertained and everyone has a fantastic time!

Brian Posehn has been busy for a while.

As a writer/actor/stand-up comic, he doesn’t have a ton of down time. He just recorded his fourth hour-long stand-up special. He’s currently co-creating and starring in an upcoming cartoon for Nickelodeon with Fall Out Boy’s Joe Trohman. Brian was an NSA intern on TruTV’s Top Secret Videos. Psychic standup is a one of a kind show where Karen Rontowski combines her 35 years as a stand-up comedian with her 25 years as a tarot reader and the results are so funny it’s scary!

Part standup and part live readings for the crowd, fun is had by believers and non-believers alike. (Though Karen may just have you believing in everything by the end of the night!)
