The A-Beez is Boston based music collective with its roots in soul, funk, and R&B. At its core are keyboardist Amy Bellamy and bassist Aaron Bellamy. The two began their musical collaboration in the early 2000’s as members of the Sam Kininger band (BMG Japan recording artists). This relationship would blossom, as they would go on to work as sidemen and studio/session musicians, backing up numerous artists including Chaka Khan, Terri Lyne Carrington, G Love and the Juice, Res, Nth Power, Club D’elf, Martin Luther, Cody Chesnutt and more.

Andrew Gravel is the founding member, vocalist, guitarist and songwriter of The Gravel Project.

Formed in 2010, Andrew started performing under the name The Gravel Project, writing songs and playing in the Boston area with a rotating cast of musicians. In 2014 Andrew released The Gravel Project, featuring a diverse cast of musicians he had been performing with live. It wasn’t until 2016 when Jordan moved back to Boston that everything fell into place. “After spending a decade in South Carolina, my brother made the move, and it was understood that he would be part of the band,” says Andrew. Around the same time, drummer Dave Fox joined, solidifying the trio as the band’s core.

Britt Connors grew up surrounded by music of all kinds: the folk, rock, and jazz of her parents, the classical of her grandparents, and the pop of 80’s and 90’s radio. As such, the music she writes and plays is as eclectic as her background. After graduating from Ithaca College with a degree in vocal performance and teaching voice lessons for a year, she moved to Somerville, MA with the sole purpose of learning guitar, crafting her first songs, and finding her place in the Boston music scene. Along the way, she met and married celebrated drummer Mike Connors, who has played in her band since 2008. When she’s not playing and singing, Britt can be found teaching Pilates in the restored carriage house she shares in Concord, MA with Mike and Ringo the Wonder-Cat.
