7:30 pm	Beyond the Notes with Boyd Meets Girl First Parish Church, Concord Beyond the Notes artistic director Sarah Whitney teams up with the Grammy Award–winning duo Boyd Meets Girl—Australian guitarist Rupert Boyd and American cellist Laura Metcalf—for an eclectic program that blurs and redefines traditional genres. Expect music by Caroline Shaw, Maurice Ravel, Radiohead, and more. Artists: Sarah Whitney, founder - violin Rupert Boyd - classical guitar Laura Metcalf - cello Prelude music by students of the Concord Conservatory of Music will start at 7:15PM
8:00 pm	Brooks Williams Bull Run Restaurant Brooks Williams is one of those select few ‘'how on earth does he do it?” artists. He can sing. He can write. And, man oh man, can he play guitar. Cambridge UK-based, Statesboro, Georgia US-born, admired by both listeners and fellow musicians, Brooks Williams has been a leading light on the acoustic music scene for three decades. FATEA says his performances show “the greatest level of true expertise.” Listed as one of the ‘Top 100 Acoustic Guitarists,’ his guitar skills are evident as he effortlessly slides in and out of folk, blues and country. "He was playing Americana before it had been given the name,” says CMP . “How soulful a solo guitarist can be when he has talent, taste and astonishing technique,” writes Blues Revue.
8:00 pm	David Francey Bull Run Restaurant David Francey is a Scottish-born Canadian carpenter-turned-songwriter, whose deeply human songwriting has made him “one of Canada’s most revered folk poets and singers” (Toronto Star). Immigrating to Toronto at age twelve, Francey spent decades working in rail yards, construction sites, and the Yukon bush, quietly composing songs drawn from everyday life. It wasn’t until his 40s, with the encouragement of his wife, artist Beth Girdler, that he began performing publicly. His 1999 debut album Torn Screen Door was an instant success and launched a celebrated musical career.

And with the marvelous *Sounds from the Ancestors,* the GRAMMY® Award-winning Garrett shows no signs of resting on his laurels.
