Cara Brindisi promises a 3rd year of holiday magic and wonder as she shares her music to celebrate the first night of Winter! Audiences have raved that the concert brings depth and meaning to the holiday season, many stating that it has become their family’s ‘newest holiday tradition!’ Cara carefully selects and performs songs from all generations to bring joy, as well as reflection to the season. Best known for his work in theatre, television, and film, Broadway star Aaron Tveit won a Tony Award for his performance as Christian in Moulin Rouge! The Musical. Tveit originated the roles of Frank Abagnale in Catch Me If You Can and Gabe in Next to Normal (Helen Hayes Award, Lucille Lortel nomination, The Actors Equity Clarence Derwent Award) as well as playing Fiyero in Wicked and Link in Hairspray. Other stage credits include: Assassins (West End), Rent (Hollywood Bowl), Company  (Barrington Stage). 

Bull Run - Kelli Baker Band

With a powerhouse voice dripping with a haunting sensuality that slips easily into growling old school blues-tones, Kelli Baker speaks her heart like a beat poet in a late night dive. Her music is an amalgamation of authentic blues/rock and heart-on-her-sleeve singer/songwriter pop with folk/gospel roots. 

Known in some circles as “The Phoenix”, she was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and moved to NYC in 2012 with $500 in cash, chasing the heels of Hurricane Sandy. Learning music like so many others in the church choir, Kelli graduated to fronting a hard rock band and a folk duo, writing her own music at an early age and appearing regularly at iconic NYC music houses such as The Bitter End, The Cutting Room and Rockwood Music Hall.

Mechanics Hall - Worcester Youth Orchestra Annual Holiday Pops

WYO features young musicians from over 60 towns and 72 schools in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island representing the finest talent from public, private and community music school programs. The third oldest youth orchestra in the country, WYO presents its annual Family Holiday Pops at Mechanics Hall. Featuring the Worcester Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Worcester Youth Philharmonic, and the Worcester Youth Wind & Jazz Ensembles, this performance also showcases the Nashoba Valley Chorale & Worcester Children’s Chorus. Tickets include dinner with the show.
